The Platform: A Challenge Full of Unique Rewards
Accessible once you’ve completed building the drone, this platform is a goldmine of opportunities! It allows you to uncover essential resources to build your laboratory, upgrade your drone, or strengthen your arsenal.
What You Can Obtain
With your drone at your side, explore the factory floors to find chests filled with a variety of treasures:
- Colony components
- Genesis materials for the laboratory
- Weapon mods for your drone or gear
- Firearms ready for action
Examples of rewards for each chest type:
Tip: Only 4 out of the 8 possible chests spawn per reset. Their positions vary each time, but here are the known locations:
Note: Two chests in zone "4" are only accessible if you’ve repaired the forklift.
Bonus Surprises: Repairable Bridge and Secret Area
Repairing the bridge unlocks an additional area that almost always contains:
- A firearm mod (common)
- A chest with materials for crafting drone mods
On your first visit, you’ll receive an exclusive blue mod for the drone!
How to Open a Chest
To open one of the available chests, you’ll need to:
- Scan 1 to 4 chests on the floor with your drone.
- Defeat a boss to obtain the key.
At the top of the platform, three containers await you:
- One hides a boss.
- Two have mini-events filled with zombies.
Once you have the key, use it at the terminal located at the warehouse entrance to unlock a scanned chest.
Boss Strategies
The Butcher
A tricky opponent if you don’t understand his healing mechanic:
- Below 800 HP, he returns to the containers to consume a turkey, recovering 500 HP.
- Solution: Kill the turkeys before he can consume them.
Turkeys are easy to eliminate, taking just one shotgun blast.
Recommended technique:
- Use a machete to attack him while circling the truck.
- If he returns to the turkeys after hitting you, eliminate them immediately.
The Miner
This boss deals more damage but doesn’t heal. His attacks become more diverse as his health decreases:
- Basic attack: Melee (26 damage).
- Below 2700 HP: Attempts a short-range cone grab (40 damage).
- Below 2000 HP: Circular area attack around him.
- Below 1200 HP: Wide cone fire breath (27 damage).
- Below 1000 HP: Corridor attack in front (75 damage).
Tips:
- Use firearms on your first attempt to learn his attack patterns.
- Once mastered, you can try melee combat while using terrain obstacles.
Wall Trick: Is It Possible?
Yes, the wall trick works, especially around the truck at the entrance. However, it’s a dynamic wall trick, requiring good movement timing.
Recommended Gear
To succeed in this adventure, prepare with:
- One saw blade mace and 7 machetes to clear zombies.
- A Genesis weapon for marauders and explosive zombies.
- 5 firearms to defeat the bosses.
- Plenty of healing items.
The platform’s chests are generous, often containing katanas and firearms like Glocks or shotguns.
